Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you in Edwyz WA. There are two ways.

1. If you signed in with Facebook or connected through Meta

Remove the Edwyz app from your Facebook account under Settings, then Apps and Websites. Meta then sends us a deletion request automatically. We record it and give you a confirmation code. You can check its status with that code at wa.edwyz.com/data-deletion/status.

2. By email

Write to hello@edwyz.comwith the subject “Data deletion request”. Please write from the email address on your account, or include your workspace name and the WhatsApp number concerned, so we can confirm it is you.

What happens next

• We confirm your identity and the scope of the request.
• We delete or anonymise your personal data, except data we must keep by law.
• We aim to finish within 30 days and confirm by email or on the status page.

If a business messaged you

Messages you exchanged with a business through Edwyz WAbelong to that business's records. Please ask the business to delete them. If you cannot reach it, email us and we will help.
