Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Edwyz WA at wa.edwyz.com, provided by Edwyz Technologies Private Limited(“Edwyz”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The service

Edwyz WA is software that lets a business connect its own WhatsApp number to the WhatsApp Business Platform and manage conversations, message templates and broadcasts. It depends on services run by Meta, which we do not control.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your workspace and for the people you invite. You must be authorised to bind the business you sign up for.

3. WhatsApp and Meta rules

You must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Commerce Policy at all times. In particular you must:

• have a valid opt-in from each person before sending marketing messages, and stop when they ask;
• use approved templates outside the 24-hour customer service window;
• not send spam, unlawful, deceptive or prohibited content, or sell prohibited goods or services.

Meta may restrict or disable a number or account. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions, but we may suspend access if your use puts other customers or the service at risk.

4. Your content and contacts

You own your content and contact data. You are responsible for having the right to process it and for the consents you rely on. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.

5. Fees

Plans, prices and any charges that Meta makes for conversations will be shown before you subscribe or send. Until then the service is offered as an early release.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or disrupt it, access another customer's data, or reverse engineer it except as the law allows.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and Edwyz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by Meta's services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

9. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On ending, we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have.
